Workshop on Atomic Data and Plasma Measurement Needs
in the Lighting Industry
On the afternoon of March 20, 2007, NIST will be hosting a workshop on
Atomic Data and Plasma Measurement Needs in the Lighting Industry. The
purpose of the workshop is to determine critical lighting industry needs for
measurement science and data that are not likely to be met by corporate R&D
efforts.
The workshop is free and open to the public, but registration is required by
the close of business on March 15, 2007. For further information call
301-975-2817. Although the workshop will be held in conjunction with the
APiP conference, registration for the conference is not required to attend the
Workshop. The Workshop will be held at 2:00 P.M. in Lecture Room A. |
