Specific Corrections and Reanalysis of the Data:

In calculating Bitalic v the centrifugal distortion term was included for all cases. Several errors in the original work have been corrected. In [49003] the J = 3-2 transition of OC74Se (0000) should read 24 574.67 MHz, in [50012] the J = 3-2 transition of OC77Se (0000) should read 24 331.38 MHz and in [67010] the J = 4-3 transition of 18O12C80Se (0000) should read 29 781.5 MHz. This last line has been remeasured in [77031]. The value of eQq(79Se) and c(79Se) given in [55005] should be positive rather than negative as shown.
