  Approximately 2000 new references have been added. Many old references have been corrected. The bibliography database has been integrated with the Atomic Spectra Database. The Web interface has been enhanced by inclusion of direct links to online articles and Digital Object Identifiers in the bibliographic references. An option to search for references on isotopes has been added to the search form. Search for authors has been modified, enabling a search for publications using incomplete author names (e.g., without the suffixes "Jr.", "Sr.", or using only a fragment of the author's last name).

  All database records have been converted to a new system based on MySQL. Many old references have been corrected. The Web interface and the system of search key words have been simplified. A new procedure allowing for automatic daily updates of the database Web page has been implemented.

  The option to search by journal title has been added, and results may now be sorted by first author or year. The search program has been enhanced with multiple index lists, which results in considerably faster turnaround time.
