The selection of lines shown in the plot is limited to those having possible relative intensity in the given wavelength range not less than 0.01 for each ionization stage. The omitted weak lines will not be shown even if you zoom in on a smaller wavelength range. To show some or all of these weaker lines, go back to the LIBS input form and either select a narrower wavelength range or select a lower intensity threshold in Advanced Options.
Warning: for this selection of lines, the maximum resolution for showing the Doppler-broadened spectrum is 500. The line graph provided is for this resolution. To show graphs for higher resolution, reduce your selection of lines by restricting the wavelength range or selection of elements in the composition. This is the server limitation. You can try recalculating the spectrum with your desired resolution in your browser.
