The selection of lines shown in the plot is limited to those having possible relative intensity in the given wavelength range not less than 0.01 for each ionization stage. The omitted weak lines will not be shown even if you zoom in on a smaller wavelength range. To show some or all of these weaker lines, go back to the LIBS input form and either select a narrower wavelength range or select a lower intensity threshold in Advanced Options.
